Datograph
The benchmark for the modern chronograph
Many watchmakers consider the Datograph the finest chronograph of our time: flyback function, column-wheel control, a large date — and a movement whose sight through the sapphire caseback is part of the product.
The evolution of the Datograph
Introduced in 1999, the Datograph was the first to combine a flyback chronograph, precision-jump large date, and Saxon movement architecture in a single model.
Calibre L951.1 operates with a column wheel and horizontal coupling, a hand-engraved balance cock, and over 400 individual parts.
In 2012 the Datograph Up/Down followed at 41 millimetres, with longer power reserve and a power reserve display, Calibre L951.6.
The line was extended with the Datograph Perpetual and Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon, combining the chronograph with a perpetual calendar.
